MORGANTOWN, W. Va. – Peter Durisin and Tara Enneking led the Old Dominion University swimming and diving team with second place finishes, both in the 100 breastroke, Friday night at the West Virginia Invitatonal.
Filip Svedberg started the Monarchs off with a third place finish in the 100 butterfly with a time of 48.25.
In the 400 IM, Jacqueline Tinneny placed sixth with a time of 4:27.06.
Alex Arrieta gave ODU another top-five finish by placing fifth in the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:40.42.
Tara Enneking had ODU's best female finish of the day for the second night in a row, placing second in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:03.24.
Peter Durisin had the top male finish of the night with a second place spot in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 54.76.
Jacklyn VandepPoel kept ODU's string of top finishes rolling with a fourth in the 100 backstroke with a time of 55.32.
After two days, the ODU women are in fifth place, while the men are in sixth place.
