NORFOLK, Va. –Old Dominion University football had five former players make NFL rosters, while Tim Ward is listed on the Kansas City Chiefs Reserved/non-football injury list.
Travis Fulgham (Lions), Rick Lovato (Philadelphia Eagles), Rashaad Coward (Chicago Bears), Zach Pascal (Indianapolis Colts) and Oshane Ximines (New York Giants) made 53-man rosters.
In the opening weekend of the NFL, Lovato and the Eagles defeated the Washington Redskins 32-27. The long snapper on all kicks and punts, Lovato snapped for four extra points and one field goal, along with three punts.
In his NFL debut, Ximines had a tackle for loss in the Giants’ 35-17 loss at Dallas.
Pascal had one special teams tackle in the Colts’ 30-24 overtime setback to the Chargers.
Fulgham and Coward were not active.
