NORFOLK, Va. -- Following its two-game sweep of Binghamton, the Old Dominion baseball team will look to build a winning streak in midweek action this week against Norfolk State and VMI.
The Monarchs host crosstown foe NSU on Tuesday at 3 p.m. ET and then take on VMI, Chris Finwood's alma mater, on Wednesday at 3 p.m. ET. These will be ODU's first midweek games of the year.

On the mound, last week's Sunday starter Ryne Moore (0-0, 11.25 ERA) is slated to start against the Spartans. Tommy Gertner, a southpaw transfer, is then scheduled to make his ODU debut on Wednesday against VMI.
