MIAMI, Fla. - Old Dominion University swimming and diving wrapped up its season-opening meet at FIU on Saturday afternoon in the TYR Fall Classic presented by Swiss Timing.
Jacqueline Tinney had ODU's best finish of the day with a third place in the 500 freestyle with a time of 5:00.92, while Filip Svedberg also took third, for the men's squad in the 200 butterfly with a time of 1:53.17.
Emilie Petit added a fourth place finish in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:21.99.
ODU opens its open portion of the schedule beginning Friday, Oct. 12 against UNCW.
