NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University football practiced for the final time this fall camp, scrimmaging on a beautiful night at Foreman Field at S.B. Ballard Stadium. The scrimmage coincided with Fanfest, which produced a nice crowd on hand that stuck around to watch this year's intro video, run through the tunnel and meet the 2018 team.
Highlights

Jonah Fitzgerald, a walk-on true freshman from Roanoke, took the majority of the snaps and started off with a 55-yard completion to Hasaan Patterson.
Fitzgerald later found Darius Savedge, another walk-on true freshman, for 25 yards.
Fitzgerald finished that drive with a two-yard touchdown pass to Robert Mayo.
Fitzgerald later hit Cornell Hendrick, who made a one-handed catch for a 20-yard gain to the one to set up a Lala Davis touchdown.
Fitzgerlad found Mayo for a 40-yard gain before Davis ran it in from 25-yards out.
