The Monarchs currently have 87 players on the roster, including a program record 22 seniors.
Today's helmets only workout featured several periods of individual work, as well as inside run, 7 on 7 and team drills.
During team drills, Brandon Sinclair and Gemonta Jackson highlighted the day for the offense with rushing touchdowns, while Elijah Blue had an interception for a touchdown for the defense.
