ATLANTA, Ga. - Old Dominion University women's swimming and diving took fifth in the 200 medley relay and is tied for fifth after the first day of the Conference USA swimming and diving championships.
The team of Jacklyn VandePoel, Ashley Brem, Emilie Petit and Sofie Sjoberg took fifth in the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:43.23.
In the 800 freestyle relay ODU finished in sixth place with a time of 7:30.34. The team consisted of Sjoberg, VandePoel, LeighAnn Clark and Nikia Campbell.
Day two of the C-USA Championships start Thursday at 10:30 a.m.
