NORFOLK, Va. -- The Old Dominion women's golf team heads back to Florida for the Moon Golf Invitational, hosted by Louisville, at Duran Golf Club in Melbourne this week. The tournament begins on Monday and ends on Tuesday.

Live scoring will be available on GolfStat.

The Monarchs opened the spring with a 12th-place finish at the UCF Challenge two weeks ago. ODU competed without its No. 1 player in Maggie Simmermacher in that event, but Simmermacher is back in the lineup for this week.

Junior transfer Abigail Portyrata led ODU at the UCF Challenge. Portyrata, in her first tournament at ODU, shot a three-under final round to finish in a tie for 16th. Portyrata's nine birdies for the event were tied for eighth most in the tournament field. Katerina Vlasinova and Sana Tufail also registered top-30 finishes in Orlando.

Duran Golf Club is a Par-72, 6,309-yard course in eastern central Florida.
