NORFOLK, Va. -- Head coach Mallory Hetzel and the Old Dominion women's golf program announced its schedule for the upcoming fall season on Monday.
"We are very excited to get started," said Hetzel. "It's a great schedule and should be very competitive. The team has been preparing well and they are ready to start competing."
The Lady Monarchs open the fall slate at the GOLFWEEK Conference Challenge (Sept. 26-28) in Vail, Colorado. ODU is also scheduled to compete in the Pinehurst Challenge (Oct. 10-11), the NCAA Regional Preview at Ironwood (Oct. 17-18) and The Alamo Invitational (Oct. 23-25).
Old Dominion returns five players from last season, including all-conference performers Charlotte De Corte, Maggie Simmermacher and Katerina Vlasinova. In addition, senior Rachel Walker and Sana Tufail, who both placed in the top six at the Conference USA Championships, also return.
