NORFOLK, Va. - The 2015-16 schedule for the Bud Light Jeff Jones Coach’s Shows was announced on Thursday, as the show will again be held on Monday nights at Dave & Busters at Lynnhaven Mall in Virginia Beach at 7 p.m. The show will air across the Commonwealth on ESPN Radio 94.1 in Hampton Roads, Sports FM 100.5 in Central Virginia and WLVA 94.1 and FOX Sports 580 in Lynchburg.
In all, 12 episodes will be aired, as Ted Alexander, the “Voice of the Monarchs,” and ODU Hall of Famer and former NBA standout Dave Twardzik will be joined by head coach Jeff Jones each week. The first broadcast of the season will take place on Monday, Nov. 9, for the lone episode of the month. Alexander, Twardzik and Jones will reunite for two episodes in December, all four Mondays in January and all five Mondays in February.
The Monarchs will tipoff their season unofficially on Thursday, Nov. 5 at 7 p.m. with an exhibition game against CNU at the Ted Constant Center, which will be open to the public. ODU will host Niagara for its first official game, which is slated for Friday, Nov. 13 at 7 p.m.
