Old Dominion University and ADS, Inc. have partnered for a second year to provide tickets to ODU’s athletic events to retired and active military members and their families throughout Hampton Roads.
The “Tickets for Troops” program was initiated in January 2015 and provided military members more than 2,000 complimentary tickets to ODU men’s and women’s basketball and baseball games. This year, the program will offer limited tickets to ODU football games (based on availability), men’s and women’s soccer matches, wrestling matches, men’s and women’s basketball and baseball games.
“We’re thrilled to be partnering again with ADS, Inc. on this great program. We had an overwhelming response last year and we are excited that we can extend the program to our football games this season. Military members are part of the fabric of Hampton Roads and it’s an honor to partner with a great sponsor like ADS, Inc. to give the military and their families an opportunity to come out, relax and enjoy the thrill of ODU Athletics,” says Dr. Jason Chandler, Associate Athletic Director for Revenue Generation and Strategic Marketing.
Members of the military will also be honored on Nov. 14 throughout ODU’s home football game with UTEP, slated as “Military Appreciation Day,” and at similar designated games for basketball and baseball.

Military members can access tickets by going clicking here, or visit the Constant Center box office. Tickets are limited per game and available on a first-come, first-served basis, beginning two weeks prior to each home event. Presentation of a current retired or active military member ID must be presented (per ticket) for admission at the stadium and arena entrances.
