ODUSports.com reports daily on Old Dominion football practice and one of the features will be a Q&A with a student-athlete. Today's Q&A is with true freshman running back/wide receiver, Kesean Strong.

Q: Why did you choose Old Dominion?
A: It felt like home. The coaches treated me well throughout the recruiting process, and they really stood out from the coaches of other programs. It just felt like a place I could call home.

Q: What is your favorite thing about Hampton Roads?
A: It’s just a friendly environment. There’s a lot of water around it, and a lot of people come to visit and go on vacation here.

Q: What is your major?
A: I plan to major in business management.

Q: When did you start playing football?
A: I started playing football when I was around five or six years old.

Q: What is it like playing both running back and wide receiver?
A: It’s fun, but it’s a bit of a challenge because you have to learn two play two positions at once. Whatever gets me on the field, that’s what it’s going to be.

Q: What sport did you play growing up?
A: I played baseball, ran track, and played basketball.

Q: Favorite food?
A: My favorite food is macaroni.

Q: Favorite music artist?
A: My favorite music artist is Shy Glizzy.

Q: Favorite NFL team?
A: Whatever team wins the super bowl is my favorite team.

Q: What would your superpower be and why?
A: My superpower would be the ability to fly.

Q: What is something people do not know about you?
A: I am a very outspoken person, so everybody knows who I am. I am not quiet, so everybody knows me.

Q: Favorite athlete?
A: My favorite athlete is Tavon Austin from the St. Louis Rams.

Q: Favorite part of gameday?
A: My favorite part is the environment. Just coming out and seeing the fans is great. I know it’s going to be different this year because I’m used to playing in front of 300 fans and now it will be like 20,000. It’s just going to be a different environment, but I am looking forward to it.

Q: Famous person you hope to meet?
A: I would have to say Tavon Austin, again.

Q: Pregame rituals?
A: No, I don’t have any. I just put my cleats on like everybody else.
