NORFOLK, Va. -- Old Dominion seniors Kelsey Smither (Suffolk, Va.) and Rosario Villagra (Salta, Argentina) were named to the Victory Sports Tours / NFHCA Division I Senior Game. The game will be played at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 22 at the University of Maryland.

The senior co-captains are just two of 38 senior players in the country and two of six from the BIG EAST to be named to the game.

Smither enters the game earning All-Region accolades for the fourth time in her career, claiming first-team laurels for the second-consecutive season. The midfielder ranked second on the team in assists with six in 19 games this year. Smither was also part of the defensive unit that has allowed just 29 goals and posted six shutouts. She started in all 86 contests in which she has played over her career and notched 56 points on 44 assists and six goals. Smither was named to the Preseason All-BIG EAST Team and closed out the season earning First Team All-BIG EAST honors.

Villagra, a two-time All-Region nominee, recently earned her second consecutive regional nod. The second team honoree, earned first team accolades as a junior. She led the team with 26 points on eight goals and a team-leading 10 assists, en route to First Team All-Big East honors. She ranked sixth in the conference in points per game (1.37) and third in assists per game (0.53). Villagra notched 102 points on 35 goals and 32 assists during her career. Along with Smither, she was named to the Preseason All-BIG EAST Team and earned Player of the Week honors twice during the year.
