The start of the basketball season is here and we hope to see you at every game this season, but understand that sometimes it is not possible to make them all. Season ticket holders who attend every game, or have friends attend in their absence, will receive a gift from ODU Athletics at the end of the season!.
Sharing your tickets has never been more convenient. Follow the steps below to email your tickets to a friend:
- Visit www.ynottix.com/myaccount
- Sign in by entering your email and password in the space provided.
- Once logged in, click “Manage My Tickets”
- Then click “Transfer Tickets/Items” and follow the steps to select the seats you wish to transfer. (You will need to know the email address of the individual who will be receiving your transfer.)
The person to whom you are transferring tickets will receive an email with instructions on how to claim and print them from home. Please note that ticket transfers are not permitted within 4 hours of game time.
If you would like to donate your tickets to the ODU Monarch Reach Out Program, we will be happy to ensure the tickets are put to good use by non-profit organizations in the area. To donate your tickets, follow the instructions above and type odutickets@odu.edu as the email address to which you wish to send the tickets. Fill in the recipient first name as “Ticket” and last name as “Office”.
