AKRON, OH.-- Old Dominion University senior Jamison Randall (Cumberland, RI.) shot 72 and 74 for a 146 score through 36 holes at the Firestone Invitational which is being held at the famous Firestone Country Club.
Randall is tied for 17th and six strokes behind the leader Seth Smith of Kansas State (68-72=140).Sophomore David Langley (Buckinghamshire, England) , who shot a 70 in the first round shot 79 in the second and is tied for 33rd at 149.
Xavier leads the event after two rounds by five strokes over host Akron. The Monarchs fired a 291 in the first round and were in fourth place, but shot 307 in the second for a 36 hole score of 598 and are now in 11th. The final round is Tuesday.
