RICHMOND, Va. – The Old Dominion University women’s tennis match against Virginia Commonwealth University has been postponed due to adverse weather in Richmond, Va. ODU and VCU were originally scheduled to play each other on March 23, but a cold win and rain moved the match to today, where again, the weather is not cooperating.
Officials from both schools are currently talking about possibly making-up this match for a later date. Please check back to www.ODUSports.com for the latest news and updates regarding this matter.
The Lady Monarchs are currently 10-6 this season and are coming off a 7-0 victory over Morgan State, which was Senior Day for both Nika Khmolovska and Melissa Esnal Olguin.
Old Dominion will travel to Washington, D.C. for a showdown with Georgetown this Friday at 11:00 a.m.
