"These are five athletic players who understand our approach to the game, and are prepared to work hard to help the team to be successful. I am looking forward to starting work with them, and I feel confident in their ability to step into our program and make a positive impact on the field and on our team culture. This is also a strong class academically, and I know they will make great contributions to the University."

Old Dominion University has long been a part of my life, my mother and father both attended the school and my brother is currently pursuing his degree from ODU and we have always followed ODU sports. Being accepted to the school was very exciting, but on top of that being able to play for my dream school is indescribable."

Lady Monarchs coach Andrew Griffiths
"Jennifer is an effective midfielder on both sides of the ball. She passes well and understands how to play possession hockey. She is also aggressive and balanced defensively. Both of these attributes fit well with our style of play."
