NORFOLK, Va. - ODUSports.com and Monarch Media present this weeks Wrestling Technique of the Week, which gives fans a chance to learn more about the sport of wrestling.
Wrestling Technique of the Week- Arm Drag
This week's technique features redshirt sophomore wrestler, Dillon Geoghegan (165). In the video Geoghegan demonstrates how to properly execute an Arm Drag. A native of Kenilworth, New Jersey, Geoghegan transfered from Iowa Central Community College where he placed third at the junior college National Championships. Geoghegan has competed in the Hokie Duals, the Wolfpack Open and the Brute Invitational this season for Old Dominion.
Old Dominion hosts No. 5-ranked Northern Iowa in their final regular season home match this Sunday, February 23 at 1 p.m.
