Basically, the win/loss ranking does not factor in bonus points at all (+30 for a loss), with all wrestlers set to 100 at the start of the calculation, and the opponents' rankings having 30 either added or subtracted from it in each cycle. The weight-class rankings are based on the win/loss ranking only, the pound-for-pound rankings are based on the win/loss rating and the bonus rating added together.
