STATE COLLEGE, PA-- Gemma Fuster shot 72, Elizabeth Haycock shot 74 to lead theLady Monarch golfers to second place just four strokes off the lead after the firstround of the Nittany Lion Women's Invitational at the Penn State Golf Course.
Fuster is currently tied for third, while Haycock is tied for ninth. Two otherLady Monarchs, Kimberley Bradbury and Samantha Morrell are tied for 15th aftershooting 75 today.
Penn State leads the event with a 292, followed by ODU at 296 and Harvard at 303.Ellen Ceresko of Penn State leads the individuals after shooting a 69 for a threestroke lead over ODU's Fuster.
