LAST TIME OUT
ODU rebounded for a 81-64 victory over UNCW Tuesday night. The Monarchs were led byKent Bazemore with 23 points, eight rebounds and four steals, followed by Nick Wright with19 points and Chris Cooper with 12 points and three blocked shots. ODU shot .485 from thefloor and committed only eight turnovers. The Monarchs are in fourth place in the CAA.
MISSOURI STATE HEAD COACH
Paul Lusk (Southern Illinois, 1995) is 16-12 in his first season at MSU and 18-35 in two years overall. He is 9-7 in MVC play (4-4 at home, 5-3 on the road), 8-5 at JQH Arena, 8-5 on the road, and 0-2 at neutral sites. He has never coached against Old Dominion. Lusk is also 1-2 against Top 25 opponents.
Lusk took the reigns as MSU's 17th head coach on April 1, 2011. He came to Springfield after seven seasons at Purdue (2004-11), including the last three as associate head coach.
