ODU has won the last three meetings, including last year's 81-68 win in Greenville, NC. ECU's last win against ODU was a 75-67 decision here at ODU in 2002-03. ECU was a CAA rival until that year.
LAST TIME OUT
The Monarchs lost to Vermont on Nov. 23rd, 65-63 in overtime here in the Ted. Nick Wright had a career night for ODU with 24 points and 10 rebounds along with three blocked shots. Kent Bazemore added 14 points as ODU shot only .338from the floor, while Vermont shot .397. The Catamounts outrebounded ODU 48-37.

TWENTIETH ANNIVERSARY IN THE CAA
This is the 20th year ODU has been a member of the Colonial Athletic Association. The Monarchs finished fourth during the regular season, but won the CAA tournament crown and advanced to the NCAA Tournament.
