NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University women's soccer comes back to the ODU Soccer Stadium for a two-game homestand on Saturday when they host Delaware on Friday, Oct. 7 at 7 p.m. and Drexel on Sunday at 1 p.m.
The Lady Monarchs enter the weekend with an overall mark of 5-5-2 and are 2-1-1 in CAA play. The Blue Hens enter at 6-4-1 overall and 2-1 in CAA play while Drexel is 4-5-3 overall and 2-1-1 in league play.
ODU is 3-1-1 in their last five matches and led by Lisa Bernardini's five goals and 14 points. Ashlee Coutu is second on the team with four goals and eight points. Bernardini is tied for fifth in the CAA with those 14 points and seventh with five goals.
Brianna Alvarado has started 12 games in goal and is fifth in the CAA with 48 saves.
Delaware is led by Amy Pickard who has five goals and four assists, while Ali Miller also has five goals.
Breanna Stemler has started every game in goal and has a 1.12 goals against average and 40 saves.
Drexel is at William and Mary on Friday before coming to Norfolk on Sunday. Jenna Lindsay leads the Dragons with five goals and 11 points offensively.
Eve Badana and Victoria Troccoli have split time in goal, posting a combined 47 saves.
