NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University women's soccer opens CAA play this weekend as they host George Mason and Towson. ODU hosts George Mason on Friday at 7 p.m. while facing Towson on Sunday at 1 p.m.
The Lady Monarchs have won three of their last four and sit at 3-4-1 heading into conference play.
Senior Lisa Bernardini leads the offense with three goals and two assists for a team-best eight points. Ashlee Coutu is tied with Bernardini for the team-lead in goals with three.
Amber Cook and Taylor Smith have two goals apiece while Jocelyn Weidner has a goal and two assists on the year.
Brianna Alvarado has started all eight games in goal, stopping 34 shots and posting a 1.86 goals against average.
George Mason comes into Friday's match with a 3-3-2 record, and is 3-0-1 in their last four.
Tiana Kallenberger leads the Patriots with four goals and an assist for a team-best nine points while Nicole Clark leads the team with three assists.
Lyndse Hokanson and Alex Bodenschatz have appeared in every game, with Bodenschatz making a team best 27 saves.
Towson comes into the weekend 5-3, and plays at William and Mary Friday.
Emily Banes leads the squad with 14 points on six goals and two assists while Cheyenne Skidmore is second on the team with five goals and three assists for 13 points.
Jocelyn Papciak has started all eight games in goal, making 46 saves and posting a 1.39 GAA.
