NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University men's tennis student-athletes Benjamin Chomette, Krzysztof Muzalewski and Albert Ochagavia were named ITA Scholar Athletes.

To qualify for the Scholar Athlete award, a player must meet the following criteria: Be a varsity letter winner, have a grade point average of at least 3.50 (on a 4.00 scale) for the current academic year, and have been enrolled at their present school for at least 2 semesters including freshman through senior year.

Chomette earned his first ITA Scholar Athlete Award with the Monarchs this season, playing No. 2 singles and finishing with a 13-13 record.

Muzalewski finished second on the team with a 19-6 mark and earned Second-Team All-CAA honors in singles and First-Team honors in doubles action. It is the third time in his career earning the ITA Scholar Athlete honor.

Ochagavia had an 18-6 mark playing at No. 4 singles for ODU in 2010, earning Third-Team All-CAA accolades.
