MYRTLE BEACH, SC-- Old Dominion freshman Elizabeth Haycock (Birmingham, England) tied for 16th, SamanthaMorrell (North Kingstown, RI.) 21st and Kimberley Bradbury (Derbyshire, England) 27th at the Barefoot at the Beach Invitational.As a team, the Lady Monarchs finished seventh, tied with Campbell University at 930.
East Carolina won the event with an 891, nine strokes better than the University ofWisconsin.
Fanny Wolte of ECU won the individual crown with a 214 after shooting 70 today. ODUsophomore Samantha Morrell shot the Lady Monarchs best round of the day with a 75 to finish at 230 and move up to 21st.
The Lady Monarchs return to action, March 20 and 21 at the C&F Bank Invitationalin Williamsburg, Va. at Ford's Colony.
