WILLIAMSBURG, VA.-- ODU sophomore Samantha Morrell (North Kingstown, RI.)fired a 75 for the second straight day to finish with a two-day score of 150 and fourth place at the C&F Bank Intercollegiate which was played at the Blackheath Course at Fords Colony.
The Lady Monarchs tied for fifth place with Penn State at 634. Yale won the vent with a 606 which was 10 strokes better than St. John's.
Morrell, the 2010 CAA Rookie of the Year finished eight strokes back of tournamentchampion Seo Hee Moon of Yale who finished at 142.
Lady Monarch freshman Elizabeth Haycock (Birmingham, England) shot 74 today which improved her two-day score of 158 which tied her for 16th. Fellow freshman Kimberly Bradbury (Derbyshire,England) finished at 161 to tie for 29th.
