NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion University men's tennis got back on track with a 6-1 win over Liberty Friday at the Folkes-Stevens Indoor Tennis Center.
The Monarchs had won eight in a row before dropping a 4-3 contest to UMBC last week.
The Monarchs dominated play from the beginning, winning the doubles point with wins from the team of Tobias Fanselow and Krzysztof Muzalewski at number one, and Benjamin Chomette and Clay Cypert at number two.
ODU kept their momentum into singles play, winning five of the six matches. Fanselow and Muzalewski won their 10th matches in a row, while Chomette, Albert Ochagavia and Alfredo Rodriguez each won as well.
The Monarchs take on Christopher Newport tonight at 8 pm.
