NORFOLK, Va. -- The Old Dominion swimming squads swept George Washington on Saturday at the J.C. "Scrap" Chandler Pool.
The ODU men improved to 4-0 on the year and won their ninth straight meet dating back to last season with a 142-106 win. Senior tri-captain Mikael Ramkvist led the way with wins in the 100 and 200 back.
The ODU women meanwhile upped their overall mark to 5-3 on the year with its 139-115 win over the Colonials. Senior co-captain April Barrientos (Va. Beach, Va.) led the Lady Monarchs with victories in the 100 and 200 back.
