NORFOLK, VA--Eric Bohannon has been named Assistant Sports Information Director at Old Dominion University. He will be the primary contact at ODU for women's soccer, wrestling, women's lacrosse, and men's and women's tennis.
Prior to coming to ODU, Bohannon served as a sports information intern at Appalachian State University the past two years where he was the primary contact for men's and women's soccer, wrestling, softball, and men's and women's golf. He also worked in the SID office at Mansfield University as a student assistant.
Eric is a 2008 graduate of Mansfield University in Pennsylvania with a bachelor of science degree in Mass Communication, Journalism and Broadcasting concentration. He was named Outstanding Communications major in 2008.
He is the son of Dale and Karen Bohannon of Myerstown, PA.
