TOWSON,MD-- Freshman Kristen Hagan shot a 75 in the first round of the TowsonWomen's Invitational and is currently tied for third just four strokes behindthe tournament leader, Kameron Carter of Longwood. Two other Lady Monarchs,Laura Holmesand Alexis Garduno are in the top 12 as well. Holmes shot a79 and garduno an 80.
As a team, ODU is tied for third with host school Towson at 317. Longwoodleads the event at 306. Hagan, a member of the 2006-07 Myers Park High Schoolteam which won the North Carolina State title shot a 39 on the front and 36 onthe back.
