The Monarchs (5-2) open up CAA play Saturday when they host the Dukes of James Madison(2-3) at 12 noon in the Constant Center. JMU is led by 6-5 sophomore forward JOe Posey (17.0 ppg), while 2006 CAA Rookie of the Year Juwann James is averaging 16.6 points and 5.2 rebounds per game.
Saturday's game is the Joy Fund game with partial proceeds from the contest support the Virginian Pilot charity, helping needy families in Hampton Roads.
