NORFOLK, VA--Third ranked Old Dominion (18-2/8-0) finished the regular season with an 8-0 Colonial Athletic Association victory over William and Mary (10-8/4-4) Sunday afternoon. Six different Lady Monarchs scored a goal and an assist today, including four of the seniors.
Caroline Nichols(Virginia Beach, Va.) and Denise Admiraal (Heiloo,Holland) each scored two goals for ODU, while senior Julia Muldrow (Virginia Beach, Va.) scored her first collegiate goal and assist in the second half.
Sophomore goalkeeper Kelly Driscoll (West Chester, PA.) picked up her 11th shutout of the season. ODU has allowed only 13 goals this year. The Lady Monarchswill be the top seed in this week's CAA Championships, Nov. 4 and 5 at the NationalField Hockey Training Center in Virginia Beach.
