ANNAPOLIS, MD-- The Monarch sailors placed 15th at the NavyFall regatta. ODU totaled 912 points for the four boat event.In the D division boat, Michael Collins placed eighth with178 points, while Bobby Noonan was 11th in C division with 208points.
