RICHMOND, Va. -- Senior forward Darcy Pinchbeck (Suffolk, Va.) was one of six Lady Monarchs to find the back of the cage, leading the way with three goals, in No. 3 Old Dominion's 10-0 victory against Virginia Commonwealth on a rainy Friday evening.

The win ups the Lady Monarchs' record to 12-1 overall and 4-0 in the Colonial Athletic Association. The victory was ODU's ninth straight and fifth consecutive shutout. To date, the Lady Monarchs' top ranked defense has recorded seven overall shutouts.

The Lady Monarchs outshot the Rams 26-2, with only one shot on net, which was saved by netminder Kelly Driscoll (West Chester, Pa.).
