PINEHURST, NC-- The Old Dominion Lady Monarch golf team remains in seventh place after two days of the CAA Championships being held at Pinehurst No. 6 in North Carolina. As a team, ODU shot a 361 today. Freshman Alexis Garduno (Sacramento, CA) led the Lady Monarchs with a second round 87 and sits in 24th place overall.
Team wise, Georgia State is ahead of the field with a score of 628, while UNCW sits four strokes off the pace. William & Mary, James Madison, and Richmond round out the top 5.CAA Golfer of the Year Lisbeth Meincke of Georgia State is in first place individually after putting up 78-72.
Action continues tomorrow at Pinehurst No. 6.
