NORFOLK, VA--Old Dominion University senior righthander JamesBurok (Archbald, PA.) has been selected to the first team ESPN The Magazine/COSIDA Academic All-District III squad.
Last month, Burok was named recipient of the Jack Wilkins/JamesHoward memorial Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year award.
Burok graduated with a 3.95 grade point average in finance. He currentlyranks second in the CAA in saves with six and has a 3-6 overall record with a4.14 earned run average. Burok has struckout 53 batters in 50 innings ofwork.
He is now eligible to represent District III on the national ballot.
