The Monarchs (2-0) hit the road for three games in the Corpus ChristiChallenge this week. ODU plays at Texas Christian on Thanksgiving Day inFort Worth, TX.,Then play Shawnee State (Saturday) and host Texas A&M Corpus Christi onSunday inCorpus Christi to complete the tournament.
LAST GAME
ODU finished with an 18-4 run to defeat Kent State in the first round Of thistournament, 64-59 in Norfolk Monday night. Isaiah Hunter led With 20 points,while Alex Loughton scored 15 and hauled in nine boards. Arnaud Dahi alsoscored ten. ODU shot .412 from the floor(.524 in the Second half). KSU outreboundedthe Monarchs 41-35.
SERIES VS. TCU
This is the first meeting between the two schools. The Monarchs will play twoother Conference USA Teams this year. East Carolina on Dec. 12, and DePaulon Jan. 2.
