VIRGINIA BEACH, VA -Ashley Davis (Toronto, Canada) and Erica Bryk (Atikokan, Canada) both shot eight-over-par 80's in the first round of the Virginia Beach Invitational to lead the Old Dominion women's golf team to fourth place tie after the first round. The Lady Monarchs shot a 355 for the day, on the 5,821 yard, par 72 TPC Virginia Beach golf course, which tied ODU with Hampton. Final round action takes place Monday morning.
