NORFOLK, VA-- Old Dominion University freshman Arnaud Dahi (Ivory Coast, Africa) fromLife Center Academy in Burlington, NC. was named Rookie of the Week by the ColonialAthletic Association after averaging 14 points, six rebounds and 3.5 blocked shotsin ODU's victories over VMI and Drexel last week.
Dahi scored 15 points, with six rebounds, two assists, and blocked three shots in theMonarchs 74-52 victory over VMI. He then scored 13 points with six rebounds, two assistsand blocked four shots in the Monarchs, 65-58 CAA win over Drexel last Saturday.
Through ten games, Dahi is averaging 9.0 points and 6.7 rebounds per game. The Monarchsreturn to action when they travel to Fairfax, Va. for a CAA game at George Mason on Wednesdaynight at 7 p.m. in the Patriot Center.
