The Old Dominion women's sailing team remained at number one in the latest Sailing World national rankings. The Coed squad moved to 16th after being in the 19th spot in the last poll.

The women are coming off a successful weekend of competition where Corrie Clement (Metarie, LA) and Anna Tunnicliffe (Perrysburg, OH) finished first and third respectively at the District Women's Championships and quailified for the North American Singlehanded Championships. Dartmouth rose eight spots to second and Tufts came from fourth to round out the top three

The coed team's best finish of the week came at the Tom Curtis Regatta where they finished fourth with 86 points. Charles Higgins (Arlington, TX) and Ashley Marriner (Va. Beach, VA) led the way with a third place A division finish. Hobart/William Smith is atop the poll after a previous ranking of sixth.
