#2 Lady Monarch Sailors Lead Stu Nelson Regatta

NEW LONDON, CT. -- The second ranked and defending National Champion Old Dominion University women's sailors lead the Stu Nelson Trophy after 14 races, as the 'B' division boat of Deborah Capozzi(Bayport, NY.), Cara Gibbons-Neff(Annapolis, MD.), and Amy Bourne (Va.Beach, Va.) Are in first place in their division. ODU has 76 total points, followed by Harvard(87) and Brown (92).

ODU's 'A' division boat of Anna Tunnicliffe (Perrysburg, OH.)and Christabelle Fernadez (Va.Beach, VA.) placed sixth with 55 points. Racing in the 18-team regatta willbe completed on Sunday.
