Fairfax, VA-The Old Dominion men's and women's swimming and diving squads each took seventh place at the 2002 CAA Championships at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.
Host George Mason won the women's championship while UNC-Wilmington took the men's title.
Junior Jamie D'Agostino (Ardsley, NY) took another victory in the 1650 free, marking the second year that she has won two events at the CAA Championships.
GMU's Laura Stinnett was named the Women's Outstanding Performer of the Meet and UNCW's Dan Gallagher took the same award for the men.
GMU head coach Peter Ward was named the Women's Coach of the Year and UNCW's Dave Allen was the Men's Coach of the Year.
