BELLINZONA, SWITZERLAND - Lucienne Berthieu (Rennes, France) scored23 points and Shareese Grant added 11 as the Old Dominion University Lady Monarchsdefeated the Bellinzona Club team from Switzerland, 99-59 in the first game of theirItalian/Switzerland tour.
Bellinzona led 21-20 at the end of the first quarter, but the Lady Monarchsoutscored them 34-9 in the second quarter to take a 54-30 halftime lead. Berthieu scored15 of her 23 points in the first half.
