NORFOLK, VA -- The Old Dominion University lacrosse team collected its second win in as many games, topping Pennsylvania, 7-3, Monday afternoon at Foreman Field on the campus of Old Dominion University. With the win, the Lady Monarchs improve to 2-1 overall (0-0 CAA).
Old Dominion was led by a trio of players who netted two goals apiece. Senior Dana Wisniewski (Collegeville, Pa.), sophomore Suzanne Wosczyna (Phoenixville, Pa.), and junior Jen Heister (Fayetteville, NY) each collected a pair of goals. Wosczyna added an assist while the final goal of the game was tallied by Marlaine Smith (Gaithersburg, Md). Senior goaltender Laurie Koller (Collegeville, Pa.) collected 10 saves on the afternoon.
Old Dominion will travel to CAA foe and seventh-ranked James Madison Wednesday afternoon.
