Zaynah Daley

Zaynah Daley joined the Old Dominion Sports Medicine department as an assistant athletics trainer in 2026.

Daley came to ODU after spending a little more than two years at Delaware State as an athletics traier and strength coach. Daley worked with multiple sports at DSU, including football, men's basketball, equestrian, cheer, women's soccer and women's lacrosse.

Prior to joining Delaware State she spent time interning with multiple places, including Christopher Newport, the Dallas Wings (WNBA) and Panther City Lacrosse.

A native of Norfolk, Daley earned her undergraduate degree in exercise physiology from Chico State and her master's degree from ODU in athletics training.
