Tay Hawker joined the Old Dominion University athletics department in November of 2020 as the student-athlete development coordinator and athletic academic advisor.
Hawker comes to ODU from Arizona State, where he spent the previous three years working as a graduate assistant in the student-athlete development office and earning his Master’s degree in sport law and business.
Hawker has various experiences in the professional sports world, working with the Texas Rangers, LA Clippers, St. Louis Blues and the then, St. Louis Rams.
He graduated in 2017 from Lindenwood University with a degree in sports management and a minor in political science.
