Kaitlyn Gadsby joined the Old Dominion staff in June 2023 to serve as an Athletics Academic Advisor for football along with men’s and women’s golf. She came to Norfolk after a two-year stint at Central Michigan.
At Central Michigan she worked with men’s basketball, volleyball and field hockey teams. Prior to that she worked at Louisville where she was assigned the tennis and golf teams.
Gadsby earned her Bachelor of Science in exercise science from ODU in 2019 and her Masters in higher education administration with a sport administration concentration from Louisville in 2021.
In her undergrad time at ODU she worked with Academic Services in a variety of capacities including monitoring study hall, book pickup for athletes, along with senior graduation banquet.
