Justin Ross started at Old Dominion as the director of ticket sales in 2021. In 2024, he was hired by ODUSP as the Director of Corporate Sales.
Ross joined Old Dominion after serving as an account executive for the Washington Football Team since 2016.
Prior to working with Washington, Ross worked as the Athletic Insurance Coordinator at Morgan State University.
He also previously worked with the Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens.
Ross earned his degree in physical education with a concentration in sports administration from Morgan State in 2015.
