Jonathan Ceh rejoined the ODU football program in June of 2025 to serve as the Chief of Staff.
Ceh spent the 2023 season with the Monarchs as the assistant director of football operations before spending the 2024 season as the Director of Football Operations at Western Michigan.
He came to ODU originally after nearly a year as a football operations graduate assistant at Arkansas.
Prior to that, he worked in the equipment office at Mississippi State.
Ceh is a 2020 graduate of Penn State with a degree in supply chain management. After graduation he worked at Boeing for a year as a supply chain specialist.
